From very, very high up in the Mazateca mountain range of Oaxaca, Mexico, comes the Selva coffee, a product of an entire community of micro-producers coming together to make something totally unique. Each smallholder farmer brings his coffee — a mix of typica and bourbon — to the community mill where it is prepared in the traditional washed style. The result is a scintillating, cheerful coffee full of bright flavors and sweetness.
