The Kaya coffee has all the rich, bright, and aromatic nature of classic Sumatera coffee, but with an incredibly clean and fresh profile. This is thanks to the tireless work of innovative father-and-son team of Hamdan and Hendra Maulizar, from whose farm this coffee comes. Their improvements to the traditional fermentation and washing processes have created this clean cup profile while preserving the unique local character.
