For a very limited time, we have a little taste from the most famous coffee village in the world, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Grown and prepared by the three brothers of the Roba family, this quiet, understated coffee shows many of the characteristics that makes Yirgacheffe coffee so famous. It’s light, delicate on its feet like a dancer, and has refined aromas of citrus, flowers and tea leaves. We roast this coffee slightly on the lighter side, so its suitable for a refreshing filter coffee, or a bright and lively shot of espresso.
