The brightness and clarity of Colombia’s best coffees, with a soft, fruity sweetness layered over the top for incredible flavors of candied cherries and fresh-baked pastry.

We support innovative and dedicated coffee farmers, like the farm which supplies our Neiva coffee, Delfin Carvajal’s Finca El Corozal. Blessed with the lovely varieties and high altitudes of Colombia, Delfin took it one step further and dried his coffee cherries in the slow-drying “natural” method. Very rare in his country and more common in places like Haiti, Ethiopia and Yemen, this processing style brings out more complex fruit flavors and — when does as well as Finca El Corozal does it — heightens the sweetness of the coffee.

Neiva’s cherry pastry flavor makes a great filter coffee, or a banger espresso for people who love sweet fruit.
