Our Kaya is a single origin espresso with an unmistakably tropical character, Thanks to our friendship with Nyoman and Ayu from Bali Beans, Coffee & Coconuts is the only place in the world you can get the Kaya espresso. The beans have more ripe tropical fruit flavor than any coffee we’ve found, with a nice milk chocolate base. We’ve taken the unconventional step of roasting it with very low airflow, which mutes the acidity and brings out more of the body and sweetness. Try it in an americano, or in a cappuccino for a fruity, dessert-like experience.
