Ethiopia is the cradle of coffee, the only country where arabica coffee grows naturally in the wild. The amount of sun and the unique soil gives Ethiopian coffee its unmistakable bright, fruity, and complex flavors.
We roast these beans relatively slowly, and quite light, to develop the sweetness while preserving the complexity. Our Idido, from the famous micro-region of Yirgacheffe, makes a beautiful single-origin espresso or pour-over coffee.
