Ethiopia is the cradle of coffee, the only country that has coffee plants growing in the wild. The amount of sun and the unique soil gives the Ethiopian coffee its full, spicy and floral taste. We roasted the beans relatively slow and a bit on the light side to bring out the brightness of the coffee. Our Guji, named after the region, is sunny and perfect for pour-over coffee as well as your daily espresso.
