Groundbreaking, ultra-forward thinking agroforestry project from our friend Eduardo Ferreira in Brazil. Eduardo has launched an extremely ambitious project to convert one small patch of land to eco-friendly agro-forestry practices, with intercropped mahogany, avocado, banana, and local fungus to enrich the soil and biodiversity. Each successfully converted plot lays the groundwork for converting more and then more cropland. This coffee is processed in the classic natural Brazilian style, with a rich body and nice sweetness and lovely blueberries aromas. The more success Eduardo has with this coffee, the more of the local land will be converted to agro-forestry, so drink up!
