In Balinese culture it is very common to call your first child ‘Ayu’ and that’s exactly how we see our first blend. We believe a blend should be perfectly balanced. For this coffee, we brought together three distinct flavors: the soft, full sweetness characteristic of Brazil, the clean brightness of high-grown Colombian coffee, and a dash of exotic fruit flavors from Ethiopia. The result? A beautiful, layered coffee full of chocolate, berries, and candy bar sweetness.
