In Balinese culture it is very common to call your first child ‘Ayu’ and that’s exactly how we see our first blend. Daniel, head of roasting, has brought together three very exiting coffee worlds. The deep, rich flavors that are so characteristic for Brazilian beans, the intense fruity aroma of the Bali natural and the high grown, clean beans from Colombia to balance it all out. The result? A beautiful layerd coffee full of chocolate, tropical fruits and candybar sweetness.
